What the future holds for your business?

(A non fortune teller approach of how to do business in the modern world)

The global financial slow down left a lot of business owners puzzled about their business and financial future. A tremendous amount of the population is now looking for a plan B through MLM business opportunities, to fail miserably as they do not know the basic rules of Networking. First of all I would like to make it clear that I am not an expert either in MLM or in Business Networking and what I am going to share with you in this article are information I have collected from reliable sources.( Sources: BNI, Global Information Network, Marketing Week, Success Magazine).
My primary goal is to give you an insight of useful information that may help you to save your business the years to come. And I am not exaggerating, it’s about to live or die financially.
It seems that humanity is moving forward by re- discovering the values of personal communication and the word of mouth in every aspect of their lives.
So either you are a huge company, or a small size business owner, or a network marketer you have to consider seriously to change your approach to your existing and potential clients.
Marketing Week had published recently an article that says that Marketers are targeting towards your warm market to increase their sales, which is the same concept MLM Companies are doing for over than 60 years. As these changes are taking place around the globe in the speed of light, is crucial for our future, to change our thinking and the way we are doing business.
If there is a KEY to Success, or a HOW to Succeed I would sum it up in 3 basic principles.

Who do you listen too?
Most of us including myself, we are listening to anybody claims that he knows how the business world is working. Who do you listen too? Recently on a training course I am doing was made crystal clear…You have to listen only to the people who they have the physical evidences that what they are teaching or advising has already worked for them...period. Think about that.

Are you willing to change?
This is the hard part. As human beings we are products of our habits. We love our way of doing things even we don’t have the results we want. How much is our willingness to change? Our quick response to learn and apply new skills in our business will determine our future.

This is huge….
Learning is never ending…is a process. When I discuss with my clients ways to campaign their businesses they come up with the same tag line “Oh I Know that” or “this is not so important…tell me something else”…
One of my coaches (who is a 7 figure income earner) said to me a couple of months ago: “Lydia do you want to know what you really know?”….. “Look at your results in your life…this is exactly what you know…!”
Shocking!!! And from that point I started to measure my knowledge with the results I had… So I stepped up and I started applying these basics into my life and introducing them to my clients too.
 
So my advice to you is to find the people who they already have what you want to achieve in your life and in your business and follow them…Ask them questions, learn and apply new skills, join forces with like minded people and groups, start taking courses the rewards will amaze you.
