Quantity vs Quality

How often I have to update my Social Media?

When it comes to Social Media one of the major issues is how often you can update your Facebook, how often you can tweet etc.
These days that we are connected 24/7 is very easy to slip in an over posting mode in order to get attention. The “New Media” experts declare that this is one of the critical mistakes someone can do and has the opposite results. The audience is going to hide your posts or stop following you if you fire hosing them with your latest offers, deals and services.
Social Media Strategies is a brand new concept and it’s easy to make errors. If you go back three years ago Facebook was used mainly to communicate with family, friends and schoolmates. From the time that has been proven that you can use Facebook and Twitter to generate more clients, the vast majority of the users, primarily driven from their desperation to make profit, started doing whatever they thought it might work. The poor or no result at all was not enough to make them think different. Over posting is never going to get you more clients. I highly recommend you to do your own extensive research about how Social Media are working and adopt a new philosophy. Quality posts twice per day on Facebook and maximum 15 tweets per day are going to give you a huge exposure. So the key word here is QUALITY vs Quantity.
Your primary goal as a business person is to position yourself as an expert in your field and create engagement. I never saw a successful Social Media campaign that was based upon hard core sales. It never happened and never will be. Social Media is people’s voice…so I highly recommend you to listen more and talk less…
