Why people are failing?

Many times in this blog I have exposed ideas about success or how to succeed in business and in life. Today I am going to write about the No 1 reason people are failing. Going back to Christian times Jesus said: “Those who will recognize their mental (and spiritual needs) they will be happy and they will enter to my Kingdom”.

For many years I couldn’t get it…

What Jesus was saying is that if we want to move towards happiness we must be teachable. We must recognize that we don’t know… what we don’t know, we must be coachable….in every area of our lives.

I have to admit that I was the less coachable person in the world…In an online training I was doing recently my mentor asked me a question that really socked me…He said to me: “Lydia do you want to know what you know?”  I said: “Yes!!!” with enthusiasm. Then he replied: “Look at your life Lydia…this is what you know…..”

From that day I always check myself how teachable and coachable I am. I am examining my life, my results and if the outcome doesn’t please me I am going back to the basics…to learn and apply the techniques, the mindset and the attitude which they are going to take me where I want to be in life.
