According to Joe Sweeney to prosper in the marketplace today you have to offer a product or service that has the following
- Is Highly Desirable
- Is Uniquely Obtainable
- Is Economically Irresistible
To make his point, Joe Sweeney is giving the example of Apple when they released the iPads, a product that broke many records in sales even during the deepest recession of the century.
Another Key Ingredient is to use the “criticism” from the market to improve the quality and the value of the products and services. This positive feedback will be the most valuable source and tool you have in your hands which is going to rise up drastically your bank account. Unfortunately many of us we do not have a positive attitude towards criticism and we miss the opportunity to use a valuable tool to meet our clients needs and expectations. Feedback is good and doesn’t mean rejection. It’s also shows to your clients how much you care about them. I would like to close this article with one of Joe’s Sweeny statements: “People in business they don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care…..”
